As we get older, I think we really start to understand the importance of identifying when something is
no longer a healthy fit in our lives.
I'm here to tell you that it's okay to weed things out of your life that no longer serve your greater
purpose.
In this post, I'm going to share with you some of the things I'm actively working on getting rid of in my
life, and I really hope it inspires you in some way to make changes in your own life.
Things I Weeded Out
Here's a list of everything I've been working
hard to get rid of in 2020. And let me just tell
you, it isn't easy. It's something that I have to
work on each and every day. But making these
changes has really been life-changing, and has
helped me to really enjoy my life.
How To Figure Out What You Need To Weed Out
The easiest and fastest way to identify what I like to call limiting beliefs is to simply write them down.
You want to write them down so you can directly face what it is that you need to work on. If they are
kept in your mind, then they won't do you any good. That's when worry starts to set in. You need to
put these things down into writing so you can clear the mental space that's needed in order to work
through how these things are preventing you from living your best life.
Also, you want to write them down so you are able to look back on your list. I want you to by the end
of the year to look back at how making these changes has significantly improved your well-being.

things you are working on in your life.
