How To Get More Done Today Not Tomorrow

How To Get More Done Today Not Tomorrow

In this post, I'm going to show you all the things I keep track of on a daily basis in order to make sure I'm being productive, and am focusing my time and energy in the areas of my life that serve my journey the best.

Really starting to focus on my 2021 quote I made for myself-

Today. Not Tomorrow.

Doing everything yourself can be overwhelming at times, but understanding you have to put in the work, and get things done is the single most important thing you have to do in order to have a successful business.

Yes, there's always tomorrow.

But tomorrow turns into the next tomorrow, which turns into a week and so on.

This is one of the main reasons why I wanted to start my mentoring program, to teach other business owners (and also give them the tools) to make sure they are showing up for their business, and are focusing their time in all the right areas.

Here are some tips I have for you-

☀️ Have a top 3 for the day that are nonnegotiable that HAVE to get done.

☀️ Use the Pomodoro method as a time management method to get your daily tasks done, and to help you work on daunting projects.

☀️ Keep track of everything in a notebook (planner) so you can track progress, and identify where you need to spend more or less time.

On a daily basis, all the things I keep track of include-

My top three, Pomodoro task list, personal to do's, research focus, social plan, journal, workout, my daily quote, dinner, PM next day prep, and wake up time for the day.

Yes, every single day I track all these things in my planner that I designed myself.

Why? Because I need to create accountability, be organized, stay on track and stay focused, and it helps me to reduce mental clutter.

And lastly, it's really fun to look back on these spreads, and really see how far I've come.
